If your order is in stock and is placed Monday- Friday before 17 P.M. EST, your order will usually leave our facility the same day you order it. Orders placed over the weekend for in stock items will ship out on Monday. To judge how long it will take UPS to get your package from our facility to your doorstep, you can visit UPS.com.

 

 

While we have a significant amount of stock available from our Warehouse, some of the items listed on our website are only available in store. They can still be ordered, but may need to be transferred back to our Warehouse for process and dispatch. It can take 1-4 days to get an order back to our Warehouse and ready for shipping.

– Handling time: 2-5 days.

– Deliver time: 1-4 days.

 

IMPORTANT EXCEPTIONS: At certain times of the year (Black Friday, etc), we experience a high volume of sales and shipping may take longer than expected. If you need an order by a specific date, please inquire as to when you can expect your order.

 

Cocopew cares about the environment and consolidates your order to fit in one or two packages. This also helps us avoid lost packages and extra fees. If you do wish to have every part of your in its original packaging – be sure to note it when placing your order.

 

UPS does not pick up or deliver orders on Saturday, Sunday, or major holidays. The days when UPS is not picking up or delivering are NOT considered shipping days. When counting up your shipping days, consider this important information.

 

*We insure all packages that leave our facility. If you need to file a claim for a package that was lost during shipping, please contact our shipping department, and we will file the claim, on your behalf with UPS.

 

UPS will make a total of 3 attempts to deliver your package. If a package is undeliverable or refused, there will be a $12.50 refusal fee plus our actual shipping costs & tax which include the freight to and from the customer.
